Frequently asked questions
What do I need to pick up the car?
A valid category B driving licence and an ID card or passport. Selected cars require a minimum age of 21 and 2 years of driving experience.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is blocked on your payment card at pick-up and released after the car is returned undamaged. The amount is listed with every car.
How many kilometres are included?
Every car lists a kilometre allowance for the whole rental. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate shown in the car detail.
Can I cancel or extend a booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free under the conditions stated in your booking. Extensions are handled online in your account with the price calculated automatically.
